Devin AbeSenior Project Manager
With an inborn passion for the construction trade, Devin began framing in 2005 while studying construction management at Utah Valley University. In 2009, he began working side by side with Casey at Raykon Construction focusing on cabinetry. A quick learner, he developed a passion for cabinets along with anything woodworking. With this experience he founded his own company, Divine Cabinets. Maintaining his relationship with Casey, Devin continued to provide beautiful cabinets for many of the homes Raykon built. With his company he was able to create and foster many relationships with others spanning a variety of trades. When an opening for a project manager became available at Raykon Construction in 2018, Devin jumped at the chance to change directions once again. Armed with his master cabinetry skills and knowledge of how to run a business, Devin knows hard work and the eye for detail are essential – something he demands for every home Raykon builds.
When Devin isn’t working, he is often found wakeboarding, snowboarding and playing music. He also loves to spend every moment he can with his wife and best friend, Lori and their sons Aiden and Dylan, and their daughter Navy.
Dylan CarterProject Manager
Dylan has been fascinated with pulling things apart and putting them back together for as long as he can remember. He began welding in high school and to no one’s surprise he was quite good at it. As he continued to grow in his welding abilities, his welding career took off. He eventually found himself running the metal shop at a high-end modern furniture company. This led to Dylan not only overseeing the metal shop, but the wood and upholstery shop’s as well. Those he managed loved Dylan for the way he made everyone feel important. Dylan traveled the country installing cabinetry, wall art, and furniture for this company. It is on the road where clients fell in love with Dylan. He is a problem solver and could finish an install no matter what came his way, even in a different state than his own. The clients always knew if Dylan was there all would be well.
In 2015 Dylan began his own welding business for high end customers. His railings and decorative metal work can be seen at the Eckels theater and high-end homes throughout Utah. He knows how to satisfy the biggest of appetites when it comes to design concepts. He started producing for Raykon Construction soon after he opened his business. Dylan and the project managers at Raykon became good friends and appreciated each other’s work ethic and attention to detail. Transitioning from his own business to working for Raykon has been an easy transition and one they both value.
In the summertime on Dylan’s time off you can find him in the mountains hunting, camping, and hiking. You also might find him at the baseball or softball field. In the winter time he will be on the slopes with his family. Dylan married his high school sweetheart Carly and together they have 4 children.

Mike LeamonProject Manager
Mike Leamon didn’t get started in construction until after high school; he was preoccupied in working on cars and racing. However, that all changed in 2002 when he became an electrician and started wiring custom homes. He got a taste of home building in 2008 and discovered he had a passion for it. He didn’t completely stop doing electrical work until he transitioned to building homes full time in 2017. Since then, he has worked as a construction manager for various builders. When his wife Ashley passed away from cancer in 2014, Mike threw himself into his work. Most recently, he spent time in Southern Utah as a regional project manager overseeing a team of 3-4 people. His love for home building never wavered, but he missed working on more elaborate, custom homes he noticed as an electrician. He is thrilled to be part of the team at Raykon.
When Mike is not working, he goes back to the activities he enjoyed in his youth and looks for different outlets for speed. He met his current wife Bobbi in 2018. Together, they spend many weekends with their three children at the sand dunes on their side-by-side and four wheelers. He loves modifying his machine and is always trying to find ways to make it faster and look better, despite his wife making him stick to a budget.

Shane ReayProperty Maintenance
Shane has been in construction for 29 years. He is a husband and father of 7. He started in construction in 1993 after returning from a two-year stint in Korea. He entered the field of flooring due to family contacts and quickly came to appreciate the ability to build and the appreciation of quality work. Shane learned how to install all types of flooring and migrated to tile as he liked the permanence of tile and the ability to create something that required a level of artisan skill.
Shane has owned his own companies and been self-employed for many years; that has given him the opportunity to have a wide skillset. Most recently Shane was overseeing the production of flooring and countertops for a local company and had the opportunity to work on a new construction home in Spanish Fork. Shane knew from the first time walking on that construction site that there was something different from other construction firms. That day he met Casey and realized the difference. He knew it was something that he wanted to be a part of. It was not long before he was presented with an opportunity to join the Raykon Team.
Shane is uniquely qualified for the position he holds as he oversees the care and maintenance of the homes we build. We don’t just build homes; we continue to care for the homes we build. We provide an affordable program that utilizes the tradesmen we work with during the construction process. By managing the maintenance and upkeep of our homes we have the unique ability ensure the beauty and quality of our homes for years to come.
